I got a beginner kit for my granddaughter. It mentioned that if you want to pick your own color, you should select custom color and send an email with your choice. At first, I tried calling to make my order, but for two days, the phone wasn’t taking calls. By then, I had already missed the sale price of £47.92. When I finally placed the order with the email, I was informed that I could only choose one color instead of all three. Fingers crossed my granddaughter won’t be let down.

The customer service is just the worst. They keep insisting it’s the top brand in Poland, but it keeps peeling off my nails. Sylwia is quite rude and seems determined not to fix the problem, saying stuff like, 'I’m not sure how I can assist you other than the advice already given; you can return the items if you wish.' Not once did they ask me about the batch code or anything like that. Initially, they were somewhat helpful, asking how I prep my nails and what to keep in mind. But after I followed all their tips, they’ve been ignoring me for days and when they finally do respond, it’s just unhelpful and rude.

Placing an order was a breeze and the delivery was speedy. The site is user-friendly, but there's a small hiccup: once you toss an item in your cart, you can't return to your previous search. You gotta start all over again 😞
